Walking, cycling or skating two miles (3.2 kms) to work every day instead of driving saves over a quarter of a tonne CO2e per year.

Switching from taking the bus, underground or overground rail, your savings will be less, but you'll still be making a significant difference.

Cycle 7.5 miles (12 kms) or more to work every day to save a full tonne CO2e a year.
