I've just posted three articles showing the increasing momentum behind people changing their diets and shifting to less meat, more plant based. Personally I have certainly noticed more vegetarian options are now available. Are other mates experiencing the same changing attitudes towards our diets where they are? I would be really interested to hear.

Like it! some really useful tips here. Have to admit I am awful at unplugging chargers when i'm not using them - as i suspect we all are. I like the idea of turning off the air conditioning when leaving hotels too - something I wouldn't have thought of thanks!
