    Yes, bamboo is a great resource which is fast finding many different applications. It's increasingly popular as a flooring material and It is so strong that it is being used as reinforcement in concrete.

    Love the bamboo bikes. I think it is such a good idea for countries to be investing in sustainable transport like this rather than motorbikes or cars. Cycling is becoming more and more popular nowadays so I could see a market for these bikes in the UK. Although I would be interested to know what their lifespan is? And how often do they need repairing? But then I guess it depends how often and how you use the bike
