Every time you fill a 50 litre or 13 gallon tank of diesel you'll be spewing out 130kg CO2e.

If it's petrol, it'll emit 110kg CO2e.

Some tanks hold twice that these days. So that could be over a quarter tonne of CO2e for every tank full!

Think how often you fill up your car, or gas guzzler, and you'll realise just what you can achieve if you cut down your mileage.

For every 100 litre (26 gallon) tank full, or two 50 litre (13 gallon) tank fulls you cut you'll save an average 240kg CO2e.
